Frequently Asked Questions

1 What is included in the Slushie Machine rental package?

Our standard package includes the twin-barrel slushie machine, two choices of our premium Halal-certified syrups (enough for approximately 100 servings), 100 cups, and 100 straws. We also handle the delivery, setup, and collection.

2 Is the machine difficult to operate?

Not at all! It's designed for easy use. After our team sets it up and fills it, it's as simple as pulling a handle to dispense the slushie. We will provide clear instructions upon delivery.

3 How long does it take for the liquid to turn into slush?

It typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes for the mixture to reach the perfect slushy consistency after the machine is switched on. We recommend scheduling your delivery time accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
