1 Is a staff member included to operate the machine?

Yes, absolutely. Making perfect candy floss requires skill. Every rental includes a professional attendant who will operate the machine, spin the candy floss, and serve your guests, ensuring a smooth and impressive presentation.

2 Is the candy floss station messy?

When operated by our trained staff, the process is very clean and contained. We use professional machines with bubble shields to prevent sugar strands from flying out, ensuring the surrounding area remains tidy.

3 Can you provide different colours or flavours?

Our classic and most popular option is the iconic pink vanilla candy floss. Other colours may be available upon request for specific event themes. Please check with our team when you make your booking.

// Live Food Station Rules

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
