1 Are the sausages cooked fresh at the event?

Yes! We grill them live on the spot to ensure they are served piping hot with that delicious caramelized exterior.

2 How are the Taiwan sausages served?

For maximum convenience, they are served on a skewer stick, making them very easy for your guests to carry and eat.

3 What are the space requirements for the grill?

We require a standard table setup and adequate ventilation since it is a live grilling station.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
