Frequently Asked Questions

1 What are the setup requirements for the live waffle station?

Our live station is self-contained. All we need is a dedicated space of approximately 2 by 2 metres and access to a standard 13-amp power socket to run our professional waffle irons.

2 What is included in the live station package?

Our package is all-inclusive. It comes with our on-site chef, the waffle station setup, a set number of freshly baked waffles, scoops of ice cream, a variety of toppings and sauces, and all necessary disposable plates and cutlery.

3 Can I customise the toppings or ice cream flavours?

Yes! While our standard package is designed to be a crowd-pleaser, we are happy to discuss customising the ice cream flavours or adding specific toppings to better suit your event theme or preferences.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
