These bouncy seafood tofu cubes are fried to a golden crisp on the outside, but the real star is the pockets of creamy, molten cheese hidden inside.

Frequently Asked Questions

1 Is it spicy?

No, the cheese tofu itself is savoury and creamy. It is completely kid-friendly. Spice can be added via the dipping sauces.

2 Is it real tofu?

It is a "seafood tofu" product, made from a blend of high-quality fish paste (surimi) and soy protein, speckled with cheese cubes. This gives it the "bouncy" texture rather than the soft texture of fresh tofu.

3 Are your ingredients Halal-certified?

Yes, we use Halal-certified Cheese Tofu and frying oil, making it suitable for all guests.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
