Frequently Asked Questions

1 What is included in the Snow Cone Station rental?

Our all-inclusive package provides everything you need: the snow cone machine, a professional operator, a supply of food-grade ice, a variety of colourful syrups, and paper cones and spoons for serving.

2 How many snow cones can you serve per hour?

Our commercial-grade machines are very efficient and can produce a high volume of shaved ice. We can typically serve 100-120 snow cones per hour, making it a great option even for large crowds.

3 Does the station require a water supply?

No, the station is self-contained. We bring our own supply of certified food-grade ice. All we require from your venue is a dedicated space and access to a standard 13-amp power socket to run the machine.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
