Our Laksa Live Station serves up the definitive taste of the straits: smooth rice noodles swimming in a rich, spicy, and aromatic coconut curry broth. It is the ultimate comfort food, prepared fresh by our on-site chef to ensure the noodles are perfectly bouncy and the gravy is piping hot.

The Signature Gravy

Our broth is painstakingly prepared with a blend of spices, dried shrimp, and fresh coconut milk to create that thick, "lemak" texture and addictive taste.

Fresh Ingredients

We use thick vermicelli (Thick Bee Hoon) cut short for easy eating, accompanied by: Fresh Prawns, Fish Cake Slices, Tau Pok (Fried Beancurd Puffs) that soak up the gravy & Hard-boiled Egg.

The Garnish

Finished with a sprinkle of finely chopped Laksa Leaves (Daun Kesum) and a dollop of Sambal Chili for those who want an extra kick.

Frequently Asked Questions

1 Is your Laksa very spicy?

The broth itself has a mild-to-moderate heat that is rich and creamy. We serve the Sambal Chili on the side (on the spoon), so guests can control exactly how spicy they want their individual bowl to be.

2 Do you use cockles (hum)?

Due to food safety considerations for large events and varying dietary preferences, our standard station does not include raw cockles. However, if this is a strict requirement for a private event, please discuss it with us!

3 Is the station Halal-certified?

Yes, our Laksa broth, noodles, and toppings are all sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.

Terms & Conditions

Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
