1 What flavours can I choose?
<p>Our standard, most popular package includes our high-quality vanilla and chocolate soft serve mix, which also allows for a "twist" (mixed) cone. We find this satisfies all guests!</p>
2 Is an attendant included?
<p>Yes. Operating a soft serve machine requires training to ensure consistent quality and hygiene. Our rental package always includes a friendly, professional attendant to manage the station for you.</p>
3 What are the power requirements for the machine?
<p>The soft serve machine is a high-load appliance and requires one dedicated 13-amp power socket that is not shared with any other equipment to run smoothly.</p>
// Live Food Station Rules
Terms & Conditions
- Each Food Station would require the client to provide 1 x table(>1.5m length), otherwise stated.
- Venue should have direct lift or ramp access as our equipment are heavy.
- If venue requires an ELCB Adaptor, it will be additional $20 per adaptor.
- We are not Halal Certified, however all ingredients used are Halal *No Pork No Lard.
- F&B might runs out before service time ends if the crowd is overwhelming.
- Isolated power socket refers no sharing and singe gang, we will not be responsible if food is not able to serve due to sharing of power socket.
- Prices might differ based on the locations (Jurong Island, Tuas Restricted Areas) and timing after 9pm and before 8am and PH.
- If venue requires a table for the food station, it will be additional $20 per table.
- All Food Stations includes manpower to serve, otherwise stated.
- There is no minimum order for our F&B Stations.
